This flute comes to us from a large collection of a local player/collector who is downsizing their collection. Wm. S. Haynes Regular/Commercial Model CL G#, Serial #23249. Made 1953 in Boston, MA. Originally sold to Chicago Musical Instruments in August 1953. Pads & corks are in very good shape and it plays quite well, but the flute needs an overall clean & polish. We elected to sell it as-is at a lower price – but if the future buyer wishes, our repair shop can complete the cleaning for $385.
Solid Sterling Silver, including all joints and mechanisms. .016 body, drawn rolled tone holes, closed G# mechanism, C foot. Sterling Silver rise, lip plate, and crown.

To be returned the item must not be opened and in the condition you received it. It must also still remain in the original packaging.
