Accordion Return Policy: all sales are final on shipped accordions. Despite careful packing, rough handling during shipping can cause issues that were not previously present – often without visible damage to the instrument or package (meaning we cannot generally file a damage claim with the shipper). For accordions purchased in our store, or through our website with local pickup, our 7-day return policy applies, unless otherwise indicated.

Returns
The inventory is always changing and we do not fully manage it due to the fact that many stakeholders are involved, including our warehouse and factory. The actual inventory can change at any moment. It's possible that you may not receive your purchase after it has been placed.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. We will not replace or refund your purchase after 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be returned the item must not be opened and in the condition you received it. It must also still remain in the original packaging.
