Note: Orders that include more than one item are assigned a processing time in accordance with the item.
We will inspect each and every one of the products before they are shipped. Currently, most orders are shipped within 48-hours. The delivery time will be between 3-7 days.
Returns
The inventory is always changing and we do not fully manage it due to the fact that many stakeholders are involved, including our warehouse and factory. The actual inventory can change at any moment. It's possible that you may not receive your purchase after it has been placed.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. We will not replace or refund your purchase after 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be returned the item must not be opened and in the condition you received it. It must also still remain in the original packaging.
